Right, then fast

Everyone sells you speed.

Speed to the wrong house is a wasted truck roll. The restoration job goes to the contractor whose lead was right: the real address, the real owner, a number that rings.

So we check the address first, and every lead tells you plainly how sure we are about who you are calling. Then we are fast.

What you get

What is in every fire damage lead.

A fire alert tells you something happened somewhere. A fire damage lead tells you which house, whose house, and how to reach them, before another restoration company knocks.

01 · address

The right house

Every address is checked against county property records before it reaches you, so you do not drive to the wrong street.

02 · owner

Whose house it is

Every name is marked: proven by the county deed, or only linked to the address. You always know which one you are calling.

03 · phones

Numbers to call

Every number we can find for the people at the address, with the one most likely to answer first.

04 · radio

What the crews said

Listen to the dispatch audio and read a short summary of what happened, from the first call to the last update, so you know what you are walking into.

How it works

From the dispatch radio to your phone.

Fire dispatch is public radio. We listen to it for you, every minute of every day, and turn each fire or water call into a restoration lead before your competitors hear about it.

  1. The call goes out

Dispatch sends an engine to a house fire. We hear it as it happens.

  2. We find the address

We turn the radio into text and pull out the address and what is going on.

  3. We find the owner

We match the house to its county record, the owner and their phone numbers.

  4. You get the lead

Everything on one screen. You call while the trucks are still on scene.

Example times. How fast a lead arrives depends on the county and how clearly dispatch reads the address.

The losses we catch

Water damage leads

Who it is for

Built for the first truck on scene.

Restoration leads for contractors and public adjusters who win jobs by getting there first.

Restoration contractors

Fire, smoke and water losses in the counties you work. The first company at the door usually wins the mitigation and the rebuild.

Public adjusters

Public adjuster leads for fire and major water losses: reach the homeowner while the loss is fresh, with the property and owner already matched. You work within your state's rules for contacting policyholders after a loss.

Leads for public adjusters

No territory lock

Not exclusive. On purpose.

Some services sell an exclusive county and then send the same lead to a competitor anyway. We do not pretend. Coverage is open to more than one company, priced for the leads, and your edge is getting there first and doing the job well. Nobody can resell that out from under you.

Questions

Fire and water lead questions.

Anything else, write to [email protected] or call (657) 215-0599.

What does a fire damage lead cost?

You pay a flat monthly price per county, not per lead, so the more fires and water losses your county has, the less each lead costs you. Each county is priced by how many losses it sends, and three or more counties cost less. Search your counties above and we email you the prices and what is ready, straight away. Month to month, no long contract.

How is a lead different from a fire alert?

A fire alert is a notification that a call went out. An IncidentLead lead adds what you need to act: the checked address, the property owner, the phone numbers most likely to reach them, and the dispatch audio with a plain-English summary.

Are the counties exclusive?

No, and we say so up front. Coverage is open to more than one company. You pay for the leads, not for a promise on paper that other services quietly break.

Where do the leads come from?

Public fire dispatch radio and public property records, matched with licensed data. IncidentLead is a software tool. It never calls or texts a homeowner.

Who handles calling rules like Do Not Call?

You do. IncidentLead never calls or texts anyone: tapping a number opens your own phone's dialer and you place the call. You follow the calling rules in your state, including Do Not Call lists and calling hours. We give you the information; the call is yours.

Do you have water damage leads?

Yes. Water losses such as burst pipes and flooding come through when dispatch sends a crew, and they are marked so you can tell them apart from fires.

Do you sell leads to public adjusters?

Yes. Public adjusters get the same fire and water damage leads, matched to the property owner, for the counties they work. You follow your state's rules on contacting policyholders after a loss.

What if my county is not covered yet?

Search for it above. If we can hear fire dispatch there, we test the county first, then give you a three-day trial before the monthly price starts.
