Privacy Policy

Effective July 2, 2026 · Last updated July 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Genesis One ("IncidentLead," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the IncidentLead service and the website at incidentlead.com.

01 Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly — such as your name, company name, email address, phone number, contractor license number, and service area — when you request access, create an account, or contact us. We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit our website, such as device and browser details and general usage data, to keep the site working and secure.

02 How we use information

We use your information to provide and operate the service, set up and manage your account, verify your contractor license and eligibility, deliver lead alerts and account notifications, respond to your requests, and improve and secure the service. We also use it to comply with our legal obligations.

03 SMS and mobile messaging

If you provide a mobile number and opt in, we send you SMS lead alerts and account notifications — for example, a message telling you a new lead is available in your dashboard. You opt in when you request access or enable alerts and agree to receive text messages from us.

We do not sell or share your personal information, including your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data, with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your consent to receive text messages is not shared with anyone.

04 How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the service (such as hosting, messaging, and data-verification providers), and only as needed for them to perform those services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of IncidentLead, our users, or others.

05 Property and owner data

To provide leads, IncidentLead processes property and owner information drawn from public records and licensed third-party data providers. This information is provided to verified, licensed contractors for the purpose of contacting property owners about restoration services, and its use is governed by our Terms of Service and applicable law.

06 Cookies

Our website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep the site functioning and to understand general usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

07 Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

08 Your choices and rights

You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP, and you can contact us to access, correct, or delete your account information. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). To exercise any of these, email hello@incidentlead.com.

09 Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

10 Children

IncidentLead is a business service intended for licensed contractors and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11 Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above, and material changes will be communicated by reasonable means.
